Quilts recall all that is simple and made with love; many quilts are family heirlooms, having been handed down from one generation to the next and treasured by each recipient. Most quilts are emblematic of country style and quilts often represent comfort, coziness and family values. Modern day quilt sets typically include not only the quilt or coverlet but matching pillow shams for a coordinated look and it’s actually quite easy to begin your own family tradition by incorporating quilts into your décor.

Whether you live in the heart of the city, the suburbs or in the back country it’s easy to shop for quilts and quilt sets online – check out the major bed and bath store websites to see what’s available and use search terms like “country bedding”, “coverlets” and “quilts” to get a good overview of the selection.

In the olden days all quilts were 100% cotton but today you will find polyester blends along with traditional cotton offerings; quilts are available in any size from twin to full all the way up to king and California king – this is very helpful because antique and heirloom quilts generally run no larger than full or double bed size. You will also find that there are quilt daybed covers specially designed to fit on daybeds along with crib quilt sets which are perfect for your little ones.

Even fashion designer Kate Spade has become enchanted by quilts – take a look at the lovely Kate Spade Whisper Whirl 100% cotton coverlet – it’s simply dreamy.

A botanical garden is always a beautiful place to visit. This one, in addition, is in the heart of La Rioja, a wonderful land which is some of the most fertile land in Spain. The garden, located between Nájera and Santo Domingo of the Road, rises in the middle of the Way of Santiago, near hermitages, Gothic churches and monasteries. The monasteries of Yuso and Suso (San Millán of the Cogolla), cradle of Berceo poetry and the Castilian and Basque languages, are also present there.

Surrounded by vines, history, tradition and culture, the Botanical Garden of La Rioja is a wonderful island where you can go to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city life.

The Garden is divided into zones that go from I to the X with each zone having a reference or title which tries to be allegorical as much as explanatory.

Each zone has its own particular charm and it is necessary that you view the garden with the reference or title of the zone in mind to get as much as possible out of your visit.

This Botanical Garden can also be regarded as a museum, to a certain extent. Some collections are not open to public

Just as the name implies, botanical slimming refers to a natural way of loosing weight by using of slimming gels that are from plant extracts. People who are on a weight loosing mission are always on the look out for any means of doing this that is as natural as possible. Botanical Slimming helps to reduce weigh in a way that save s people having to undergo the agony that is dieting and food restrictions. The plants that give the main ingredients of the botanical slimming gels are among others; psyllium shell, tarragon, lotus and nice slimming grass. These plant extracts undergo some industrial purification processes that refine and blend them to the final product.

Botanical Slimming usually targets two main areas; deposited fat and fat absorption. It does this usually by enhancing the rate at which the body metabolizes fat.

By doing this, botanical slimming has the effect of catabolising the accumulated fat in the fat deposition areas like the waist, neck and belly. By increasing the body’s overall metabolism, botanical slimming also accelerates the conversion of non-fat nutrients like glycogen and

When you come to Chiang Mai you will hear plenty about the Queen Sirikit Botanical Garden or the Rajapreuk Royal Flora Garden: what you may not have discovered, however, is the hidden gem called the Tweechol Botanical Garden. Opened in 2005, the garden was built as a showcase for a horticulturist enthusiast couple to showcase their work and passion. It is located out of town, on the Doi Saket-Chiang Mai highway, which places it as a considerable distance from the town center. So while you may not want to stay at the resort attached to this garden, you might want to consider taking a trip there to look at the garden itself.

Divided into various sections, the center of this garden revolves around four domes: orchids, wild orchids, anthurium, bromeliads, cacti, and succulents. Of particular note is Dome 2, which features ferns, palms, and various other plants which combine with the artificial waterfall gives you the ambience of adventuring through a tropical rainforest. Dome 3 is also another worth visiting, as it brings you some of the most exotic flowers and plants rarely seen outside documentaries. All domes are contained in artificial
